Dance Camp Las VegasJun 8, 2008 - Jun 13, 2008Location: Gold Coast Hotel, Las Vegas, NV This camp is open to all students, amateurs and professionals (limited to 430 participants). Effective March 26th, 2008, we will be taking reservations for single gentlemen and couples. How-to-Get-Certified - Junior Associate Smooth DancesJun 8, 2008 - Jun 13, 2008Location: Gold Coast Hotel, Las Vegas, NV Presented by: Diane Jarmolow's Ballroom Dance Teachers College and Dance Vision. This camp is open to anyone interested in becoming certified in the DVIDA Syllabus (limited to 20 participants). Join us for this totally unique workshop designed to launch your career to the next level! Getting certified is the single most important and satisfying accomplishment a dance teacher can do to make their dance teaching career successful. You will study with world-renowned "teacher of teachers", Diane Jarmolow, who wrote the book on DVIDA certification and preparation. Developed over 20 years' experience training dance instructors, this condensed course will present a solid system for understanding everything you need to know to pass the DVIDA Professional American Style Junior Associate Smooth Exam. It will cover the elements, theory, dancing, teaching methodology, and how to present them in an exam. This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers and aspiring professionals to build expertise, credentials, and distinguish themselves in the ballroom dance industry.

Dance Vision offers a comprehensive seminar that tailored to your needs and challenges. This 3 day seminar is an invaluable opportunity for new and potential ballroom dance studio owners to learn the ins and outs of running a profitable business. 
After Hours Las VegasJun 9, 2008 - Jun 12, 2008Location: Gold Coast Hotel, Las Vegas, NV This camp is open to all students, amateurs and professionals (limited to 150 participants). WHAT IS AFTER HOURS LAS VEGAS?Since we can only have so many classes during the day, we have come up with another option for camp attendees to take additional classes in the evening from 7pm-10pm. Due to Popular demand, the evening classes will be Hustle, WC Swing, Salsa, and Argentine Tango.. We call this camp "After Hours Las Vegas". This camp is separate from our regular Dance Camps (with a separate registration fee) and is open to everyone. Please keep in mind that this event is limited to 150 participants, so register early.We have hired instructors who specialize in these dances, so you will be learning the most current and up-to-date technique. Even if you're not attending the Ballroom camp, you can register just for After Hours camp. Our fabulous instructors George & Christy Cote (Argentine Tango), Billy Fajardo & Jami Josephson (Salsa & Hustle), Michelle Kinkaid (WC Swing & Night Club 2 Step). Dance Camp New Jersey at the North American ChampionshipsJul 10, 2008 - Jul 13, 2008Location: Crowne Plaza, Cherry Hill, NJ This camp is open to students, amateurs and professionals. This camp is not for Beginners. You must be proficient in at least the Bronze level. (limited to 60 participants). Effective May 7th, 2008, we will be taking reservations for single gentlemen and couples. The balance in full must be paid at the time the reservation is made. Please call 1-800-851-2813 to make your reservation or to get more information. We try to maintain an even number of gentlemen and ladies attending this camp so we must limit the number of each gender that can register. We recommend single ladies register early to assure a spot in the 2008 dance camp. Attend 3 1/2 days of intensive dance instruction featuring fabulous teachers such as Marianne Nicole, Eddie Simon, Alain Doucet, Anik Jolicoeur, Maxim Kozhevnikov, Elena Grinenko, Michele Mason & Jean-Marc Genereaux.Even though there are basic figures taught in these classes, the idea is to improve your technique, making you a better dancer, so you may then incorporate these figures into advances variations.
