Registration/Prices

A $50 non-refundable deposit will secure your reservation. The balance is due February 15th, 2009.

Hotel arrival on Sunday and departure on Friday (6 days & 5 nights).
4 days of classes with separate rooms devoted to Beginning, Intermediate I, Intermediate II, and Advanced instruction. 120 classes to choose from including American Style (Rumba, Cha Cha, East Coast Swing, Samba, Bolero, Mambo, Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, V. Waltz), International Style (Rumba, Cha Cha, Jive, Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Quickstep), and Nightclub Two-Step (Monday thru Thursday, from 8am-1pm; Lunch break; Classes resume 2:30pm- 6:20pm).
Welcome Reception, Dance, Orientation and Buffet Feast on Sunday Evening (7:30pm - 11:00pm).
Grand Banquet, Dancing, and Super Star Show on Thursday Evening (8:00pm - 1:00am).
Student Showcase on Thursday evening, featuring the routines learned throughout the week.
Jack & Jill Dance Competitions in Waltz, Foxtrot, Cha Cha, & Rumba on Thursday evening.
Practice room available every night.

Private Lessons - $125 per session (Each session is 45 minutes).

Welcome Reception Only - $50 p/p (subject to availability).

Dance Camp Video or DVD - $199 (DVD of the figures taught by our experts during the entire camp will be available for purchase by attendees-this DVD does not include Professional or After Hours classes).

Cancellation Policy:

The balance for all Dance Camps is due in full no later than February 15th, 2009.

In 2008 we turned away over 100 people who wanted to attend one or more of our Mastery Camps.

If we do not receive your balance prior to or on the date of February 15th, 2009, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without notice. The $50 deposit is non-refundable.

If you have paid your balance (partial or in full) and wish to cancel your reservation before February 15th, we can convert your payment, less $100, to a non-refundable credit that you can apply toward any Dance Vision product, or future camp, for up to one full year.

If you have paid your balance (partial or in full) and wish to cancel your reservation after February 15th but before March 31st, we will retain 25% of the total paid plus a $100 cancellation fee and convert the remainder to a non-refundable credit that you can apply toward any Dance Vision product, or future camp, for up to one full year.

If you have paid your balance (partial or in full) and wish to cancel your reservation after March 31st but before May 15th, we will retain 50% of the total paid plus a $100 cancellation fee and convert the remainder to a non-refundable credit that you can apply toward any Dance Vision product, or future camp, for up to one full year.

Due to our commitments with the hotel in regards to room nights and food and beverage minimums, cancellations after May 15th will not be eligible for a refund or credit of any kind.
