Dance Camp Los Angeles at the Emerald Ball

Registration/Prices

A $50 non-refundable deposit will secure your reservation. The balance is due February 1st, 2009.

VIP Package:
$899 Per Person Double Occupancy (sharing a room with another package holder)
$1199 Single Occupancy

Hotel arrival on Wednesday and departure on Monday (6 days & 5 nights).
4 days of classes including Basics & Variations, Technique & Muscular Exercises, Styling & Artistic Impressions, a Latin Light Aerobic Warm Up and more (Thursday thru Sunday, from 9am to 1pm; Lunch break; Classes resume 2:30pm- 5:30pm).
Emerald Ball Season Pass. Enjoy a fabulous week of watching top amateurs and professionals competing at the Emerald Ball. (This includes day and evening sessions, Thursday thru Sunday).

Non - Package Items:

Without Hotel Room - $599 p/p (includes Emerald Ball Season Pass and all group classes).
Banquet Only - $60 p/p per night (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday),advance purchase only, no later than March 15th, 2008.
One day classes for locals - $200 p/p (subject to availability).

Cancellation Policy:

The balance for Dance Camp Los Angeles is due in full no later than February 1st, 2009.

If we do not receive your balance prior to or on the date of February 1st, 2009, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without notice. The $50 deposit is non-refundable.

If you have paid your balance (partial or in full) and wish to cancel your reservation before February 15th, we can convert your payment, less $100, to a non-refundable credit that you can apply toward any Dance Vision product, or future camp, for up to one full year.

If you have paid your balance (partial or in full) and wish to cancel your reservation after February 15th but before March 15th, we will retain 25% of the total paid plus a $100 cancellation fee and convert the remainder to a non-refundable credit that you can apply toward any Dance Vision product, or future camp, for up to one full year.

If you have paid your balance (partial or in full) and wish to cancel your reservation after March 15th but before March 31st, we will retain 50% of the total paid plus a $100 cancellation fee and convert the remainder to a non-refundable credit that you can apply toward any Dance Vision product, or future camp, for up to one full year.

Due to our commitments with the hotel in regards to room nights, cancellations after March 31st will not be eligible for a refund or credit of any kind.
