Cancellation Policy

After your initial deposit, 50% of your balance must by paid by February 15th, 2018. If we do not receive payment by February 15th we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without notice.

Cancellations made before February 15th, we be assessed a $100 fee. The remaining amount paid will be applied towards next year's camp.

We will retain 50% of the total amount paid for cancellations made after February 15th but before May 1st. The remaining amount paid will be applied towards next year's camp.

Due to our commitments with the hotel in regards to room nights and food and beverage minimums, cancellations after May 1st will not be eligible for a refund or credit of any kind.
