Cancellation Policy

A $50 non-refundable deposit will hold your spot in the 2017 Dance Camp Las Vegas. The final payment for Dance Camp is due in full no later than May 1st, 2017.

After your initial deposit, 50% of your balance must by paid by February 15th, 2017. If we do not receive payment by February 15th we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without notice.

Cancellations made before February 15th, we be assessed a $100 fee. The remaining amount paid will be converted to a non-refundable store credit or a future camp.

We will retain 50% of the total amount paid for cancellations made after February 15th but before May 1st. The remaining amount paid will be converted to a non-refundable store credit or a future camp.

Due to our commitments with the hotel in regards to room nights and food and beverage minimums, cancellations after May 1st will not be eligible for a refund or credit of any kind.

There will be NO EXCEPTIONS, including medical reasons.
